Consider a Home Warranty Policy
It’s a good idea to ask your Realtor to include a 1 year home warranty in your offer to purchase. This can be paid for by the seller at closing. Liz Maule Realty uses American Home Shield. Check your home warranty policy to see which of the following items are covered. Also check to see if the policy covers the repair or full replacement cost of an item.

- Heating Ducts
- Water Pump

- Stove/Cooktop/Ovens
- Microwave
- Refrigerator
- Washer/Dryer (may be optional)
