I've been working in real estate since 1998 with Liz Maule.  I enjoyed it so much we decided I should get my real estate license so I could help her with the fun aspects of real estate (showing and listing) as well as the paperwork.  I've had my license since 1999 and absolutely love my job.  It is such a thrill to help someone who is buying a home for the first time.  It is also enjoyable working with someone who is looking for a fixer upper and helping to decide on renovations that would be beneficial for resale in the future.  Along that same line, it's fun giving suggestions to a homeowner about what they can do to get the most money when they sell their home.  Aside from real estate, I love working on my "dream home" - a big rambling victorian!.  It's my life long number one hobby.  When my friends are able to pry me away from that, we hike, bike, dance, and eat ice cream.  I also have some rentals that I'm struggling with at the moment.  Three of my four kids are on their own, the fourth is having separation anxiety and refuses to permanently move out.  My 2 grandkids are absolutely adorable, although as they get older, I see them less.
