We hail from one of the graceful, genteel, authentic and beautiful historic homes meccas of the country, New Orleans.  When we uprooted from the Deep South to the Midwest, we thought we'd never find something at all comparable and suitable in Athens.  Thanks to Liz and her team, we were wrong.  Last year, our home was featured on the biannual Near East Side Tour of Historic Homes!  I will also add that we brought very picky, particular, and unique tastes and perspectives into the mix, so we weren't the easiest clients to please.  We looked at numerous homes, and even checked out modern structures as well.  Through all this, we clearly saw why Liz and her team have been aptly dubbed EXPERIENCED, PATIENT AND FUN!

Selling a house can be a stressful experience - you want to sell it, but there are so many memories and emotions involved. Liz, Katrina & Jen were calming when I needed calmed. They made me laugh when I needed to laugh. And they provided answers to every question I had. People never hesitate to complain about bad service. My wife & I moved to Athens from Northeast Ohio to start our church. When we came to Athens, we didn’t really know anyone & didn’t know where anything was. Liz always made time to show us properties & helped us find our way around. She even offered us advice & assistance in finding a location for our church building. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Athens area & made us feel at home here. She’s organized, patient, hard working, friendly & always a joy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us through the home buying process.
